Site Upgrade Status July 25, 2023 in Technical Changes
We recently rolled out a large server update to accommodate future feature releases as well as improve site performance. Pages should now be loading an average of 3x faster.
We will continue to roll-out new updates over the coming weeks.
Most of the bugs that have arisen from the initial server upgrade should now be resolved. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.

A new Turkey Tail extract has just been added to our ingredient range.
This extract is processed using a 12:1 extraction to contain a minimum of 40% Glucans.

Royal Mail International Shipping Update January 26, 2023 in Shipping
Royal Mail has resumed International Shipment services this morning, and many of the previously delayed shipments have now either shown signs of movement, or have been delivered in the past few days.
We are working through all orders significantly affected by these delays, and we will be providing refunds for shipping costs to customers.

Royal Mail Temporarily Halts International Shipments January 12, 2023 in Shipping
Last night, Royal Mail informed customers that they are "temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations following a cyber incident".
Given the ongoing delays with international shipments over the past few months, this appears to be an attempt to clear out the backlog of shipments by reducing the incoming volume of international postings.
All international orders will be shipped using alternative couriers during this period.
Holiday Closure Dates December 22, 2022 in News
In observance of the Christmas holidays, we will be closed from Friday the 23rd of December until the 2nd of January, 2023. Orders will not be shipped during this period.

International Shipments Update December 18, 2022 in Shipping
Following the delays seen with many international shipments due to Royal Mail strikes, many shipments have now finally started receiving status updates. Shipments up to the 28th of November all have active status updates now.
Shipments from the 29th of November are still pending their first scan. We expect to see scans being updated up in the coming week based on the prior four week timeframe.
Any shipments that have not been updated in more than three weeks from the 29th of November will be re-shipped this coming week.
Updates will continue to be provided as we have more information.
